NOW THATS A KNIFE!

As soon as i held this knife i was blown away. The weight and sturdy build of the knife is suggests a quality closer to one of my $200 knives then $40! The knife is incredibly sharp and the metal blade continues through the handle giving it that extra bit of quality.
The leather case is a real eye catcher because of the really cool imprint of the backwoods label and how well stitched together and snuggly the knife fits into it.
The best feature of the knife for me is the shape and feel in my hand. I have owned a lot of knives and this one by far feels the best. the riveted steel for better grip is located at the front of the knife for simple cutting and also at the back of the knife for gutting which is a very unique and smart feature. Even the shape of the handle is so intuitive that i am not afraid of slipping when my hands are numb and covered in deer blood because of the safety guard right in front of where the index finger fits comfortably.
Overall i think this is a amazing knife and because of the quality i will be able to use it for years to come, fantastic product.

Upon first holding the knife i was blown away by the quality which reminds me of knives i have bought in the $200 range. The leather sheath is a real eye catcher because of the really cool imprint of the backwoods label, the quality stitching, and how snuggly the knife fits into it.
The knife its self is very sharp and upon testing the blade i have already cut my self which is a great sign! The quality steel runs through the handle with two rivets keeping it in-place making the knife feel that much more sturdy in your hands.
The grooves placed in the steel are very intuitive because not only are they placed at the front of the knife which is the norm, but also near the back for when you use your knife in a stabbing motion to gut and penetrate your kill. The knifes handle is made so that it perfectly fits both ways you can hold the knife unlike most regular regular hunting knives. Also the guard in front of where the index finger or pinky finger (depending on how you hold the Knife) is placed makes sure that you won't slip into the blade with your hand when you are numb in the middle of december with slippery deer blood all over you.
Overall i can't say enough about the knife and cant wait to show it off at the hunting camp. I know by just the feel that this knife will be a go to for years to come. what an amazing product yet again.
